Big parties full on with lists and hopes, a grand finale to the holidays, what’s not to love about the New Year?
Okay, but the in-and-out lists.
They paralyze me to read and I scan ferociously to make sure I’m not missing something. Am I normal and doing everything right?! The duality of the two columns and the individuality puts my friend nuance on the out list, even if separating themes is helpful for digestion.
I don’t have an in and out list but I inhale every one I see in passing as I prop up my one resolution -
I thought I might panic-buy things in the last week of December, but I was busy visiting and treating myself to creature comforts and the week slid away.
